The house is beautiful and cozy. We loved the manicured gardens, all the board games and the jacuzzi. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the home is nicely decorated. We definitely recommend this stay!

Was a fantastic home in one of the best locations in Santa Barbara. We had such a fantastic stay at the property we even wanted to stay longer. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Santa Barbara, very close to town and the beach. Another fantastic feature was the hot tub, probably the best I have ever been in!

Fabulous turret at top of spiral stairs with views to the ocean. Dramatic master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows. Lots of light with modern design. Comfortable, elegant gracious living spaces with outdoor living room areas and fireplace. Kids loved feeding the provided peanuts to the large blue jay that visited our balcony. Quick path to the beach. Warm outdoor shower. Many happy memories!!!

The location was great, convenient to the center of activity on State Street (very short drive to the beach), great backyard and loved the resident rabbit and hummingbirds outside, the home was very comfortable and had great character. Thank you

Modern elegance and stairs led us up to vistas of the waves and pink cloud sunsets. This property is a "one of a kind" custom home filled with natural light and brimming with luxury class amenities---enhancing the feel of togetherness. Chef's kitchen was central to creating culinary quotidian works of art. Stairs throughout kept us fit and the library engaged our intellect. Great management team and stay. Thank you.
